Vromans will not store the data for longer than is necessary. This means that we delete the data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected or processed. For example, if an applicant is rejected and his or her data is no longer required for future application procedures, the data will be deleted. Execution of an agreement
An important purpose for which we process personal data is the execution of agreements with our customers, agents, employees, contractors, suppliers, etc. For example, contact details of customers are necessary in order to be able to deliver our products and services in the best possible way. Personal data of our employees and self-employed persons working for us are also required in order to be able to carry out the employment or assignment contract with them, including salary administration.

Fulfilment of legal obligations
We are obliged to process certain personal data in accordance with various laws (including tax legislation). This may include, for example, the retention of a copy of proof of identity of an employee.

Contact details can be processed to maintain contact with customers, suppliers and other business relationships. These contact details are used, among other things, for sending a newsletter and for when contacting the technical service and Customer Support. We collect and process personal data for the recruitment of new employees, the completion of job application procedures, and the hiring of new employees. This may involve, for example, personal data that has been processed in a CV or an assessment report. Once we have hired someone, the personal data is required for the performance of the employment contract, such as for the development and assessment of the employees and the salary administration (see above: the execution of the agreement). The processing of personal data in the context of the application procedure is necessary in order to take measures prior to concluding an employment or assignment agreement.

Security
In order to guarantee the security of our offices and production locations, personal data can be processed by means of, for example, camera images and access control. For security reasons, it is important that no unauthorised persons are present at the production site and in Vromans office. This is checked by means of the access control and the camera images. The camera images are also used to check whether the right vehicles are on Vromans premises and whether they are being loaded and unloaded safely. This data processing is necessary to protect the vital interests (security) of our employees, site, products and visitors, and may be necessary for the representation of the legitimate interests of Vromans.

Improvement of products and services
We may process personal data in order to improve our products and services. Examples include data entered on (digital) customer satisfaction forms. Customer data may also be processed into statistical data that is used to provide insights into the quality and effectiveness of our products and services.
